May Term Child Progress Update

As the children go in to school for one last time before the May half term break up I felt like it would be a good idea to re-cap on the past few weeks and share photos and videos I’ve taken. Before I get to that though I need to point out that each school still has one more (already paid for) session with me when they come back. This has happened for various reasons but to ensure children don’t miss out on a lesson I am stating the dates below.

Hartford Juniors – Wednesday 7th June

St John’s – Monday 12th June

Stukeley Meadows – Thursday 8th June

I taught a total of 29 children over those 3 clubs this month and have seen plenty of improvement all around. Some have just taken their first pushes on a skateboard whilst others have furthered their skills to new heights. As I did last term here’s a shout out to a few children who made great strides this term.

Samuel – For airing off the kicker ramp

Owen – For getting so close to airing off the kicker ramp

Zuzanna – For accomplishing her kick turns

Olivia – For fantastic attitude and enthusiasm to continue skateboarding non-stop

Kye – For such vast improvement shown in his carving

Jamie – For taking a nasty fall to his face yet being very brave and handling it well

I also filmed and edited the first of hopefully many YouTube videos this month at Stukeley Meadows school. Although I will discuss this more in detail in the future I still wish to share It below for you all to see followed by a bunch of photos taken during a lesson at St John’s school.

I may have more content In form of video and photo sequences in the coming weeks when I get a chance to do some editing. As always thank you everyone for your support and I hope to see you all again next term!
